365-Day Returns


We offer a worry-free 365-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 365 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
– Items must be returned in the original packaging with tags attached.
– Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We provide a prepaid return label for all qualified returns. You will not be charged for return shipping.

Refunds


– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
– Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Replacements & Exchanges


Need a different size or received a damaged item?

– Contact us within 30 days (domestic orders) or 45 days (international orders).
– We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost if the fault is ours.

Late or Missing Refunds


– If you haven’t received your refund yet:
  1. Check your bank account and card statements.
  2. Contact your bank and credit card provider—it may take time before your refund is posted.
